**Your new role**
As a Case Manager in ECM, you will be responsible for direct liaising with customers, Executors, Beneficiaries, Solicitors, Advisers, Insurers, and the Trustee in relation to claims lodged for Total and Permanent Disablement, Salary Continuance Insurance, Permanent Incapacity, Terminal Medical Condition, Financial Hardship, Compassionate Grounds and Deceased Estates. Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers regularly and directly, tailoring the method and frequency of communications in response to the customer’s needs and preferences
- Record and monitor case details / progress of claims using the Case Management workflow system, liaising with internal and external parties where appropriate
- Produce quality correspondence to provide accurate and appropriate information and/or instructions to customers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- The ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, whilst remaining the one point of contact with our member is paramount for success in the role.
- Team player, professional, high attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, adaptable to change.
- Strong emotional resilience
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce sound written external correspondence
- Experience in liaising with Senior stakeholders and 3rd parties
