Our client is an impressive and fast-growing international Medical Device company currently focused on products within the broader
**Cardiovascular** space. The company works within extremely niche areas of
**Cardiology** and
**Vascular** and has the 'patient' at the forefront of everything that they do. They are ramping up their operations significantly outside of the U.S and as such OneMD have been engaged on building their ANZ team which is already well advanced.
This organisation has one of the largest product pipelines and significant innovation within this field of specialty and they are also moving into brand new therapy areas as well.
The company pride themselves on speed to market and focusing on unmet needs within the Medical Device/ Healthcare world.
**Responsibilities**
The role is within an exciting and very niche area of
**Cardiovascular **medical devices and tasked with launching brand new products into the local market. The devices are clinically superior and are diferentiated to the existing competition.
- Manage a **Melbourne **territory and drive growth across a range of key customers (**Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiology, Radiology**)
- Identify brand new business opportunities and open up new hospital accounts
- Provide superior product knowledge and clinical case coverage in complex situations
- Work collaboratively with the NSW/ National Sales/ APAC teams as well as marketing/ customer service
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Science/ Business/ Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of local Medical Sales experience (**Medical Devices**)
- Experience working within the **Cardiovascular / Cath Lab **world
- A Nursing/ Clinical background is highly desireable
- A business development mindset and the ability to think outside the box when approaching sales opportunities
- Have experience launching new products and demonstatting sucessful growth
- Ability to travel for training overseas
