**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Therapy Assistant - Adolescent and Adult Therapy** to support **Occupational Therapists** and potentially **Speech Pathologists and Psychologists** in delivering high-quality therapy and client services. You will play a vital role in **clinical and operational support**, **therapy program implementation**, and **client enablement**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support clinical and admin operations, including appointment bookings and practice hub coordination.
- Collaborate with clinicians to co-design and implement therapy plans tailored to client goals.
- Assist in drafting reports and preparing therapy resources.
- Deliver therapy sessions as prescribed by clinicians.
- Support allied health professionals in conducting assessments for new clients.
- Prepare visual schedules, communication boards, and therapy tools.
- Conduct research to support therapy plans, including NDIS frameworks and clinical innovations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance** with **2+ years of experience** (or a 4th-year Occupational Therapy Student, with previous Therapy Assistant experience)
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to **thrive in a collaborative, growing team**.
- Excellent **organisational skills** with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of **therapeutic interventions in OT and Speech Therapy**.
- Readiness to learn and work with **digital productivity tools**.
