Looking for a full-time outbound social media cold outreach specialist with a proven track record to build and grow our agency's B2B cold outreach arm. Most of the work is managing cold outbound outreach campaigns on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, and any other social platform where applicable.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the entire cold social media outreach project for a client; this includes sourcing prospects, writing outreach scripts, connecting and communicating with leads, setting appointments, and reporting.
- The main goal is to generate qualified leads and book appointments with them on behalf of our clients. Our agency is different from other cold outreach agencies as we try to focus on personalised cold outreach messaging. This is key.

We are a digital marketing agency in Melbourne, Australia, and we work with clients internationally across AUS, NZ, US, UK. Our clients hire us to do their outbound appointment setting for them.

**Our requirements are**:

- You have previous solid experience in cold outbound social media outreach and can prove it.
- You are highly dedicated and aren’t afraid of a little elbow grease.
- You must be fluent in written English & can communicate well.
- Everyone on our team is self-motivated and tries their best to give our client’s the best results. We expect you to be proactive.
- Our agency values honesty and trustworthiness, and this is a must with all team members.
- Must have experience in using Linkedin Sales Navigator.

** Some other attributes we are looking for include **
- A general understanding of how sales and lead generation work.
- Understanding human psychology when it comes to cold outreach and how to handle objections and rebuttals/rejections

**Here are the tasks for this position**:

- Sourcing potential prospects and connecting with prospects
- Writing outreach scripts
- Sending out DMs or Messages
- Managing responses from leads, prequalifying and addressing objections
- Setting appointments
- Reporting. Maintain accurate records of all outreach and engagement in our Google Sheet

You will get a fixed base fee for each project + a monthly retainer bonus based on achieving the benchmark number of qualified appointments)

This will be a remote position and a contract position on a per-project basis.

If you come on board, you will be managing around 3-5 client projects to start. You will be working with another team member that will be handling the cold social outreach on the same project.

Salary compensation depends on the project scope. The range is $300-$600 per month per project.
