Using your sales acumen, sector knowledge, and people skills, you’ll play a critical role building Kukoon’s reputation as a leader in the disability sector. This is a flexible work-from-home position. Occasional travel within your region may be required. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - **Outbound Prospecting**: Conduct structured outbound campaigns—minimum 10 new cold calls and 10 follow-up calls daily—to generate new leads and build referral relationships. - **Participant Onboarding**: Manage every step of onboarding, ensuring each new participant receives a warm, professional welcome and a seamless start. - Community & Partnerships: Proactively develop partnerships with Support Coordinators, schools, hospitals, and allied professionals; nurture long-term relationships in the sector to grow Kukoon’s profile. - **Quality Reviews & Engagement**:Conduct timely check-ins (6 and 12 weeks) to ensure participant satisfaction and ongoing service excellence. - **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain meticulous HubSpot CRM records; prepare reports; always uphold NDIS, consent, privacy, and data protection standards. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** - Proven success in phone-based sales, business development, or customer service (NDIS/disability/health sector experience highly regarded) - Confident cold caller, skilled at both outbound prospecting and inbound conversion - Exceptional verbal and written communicator—empathetic, patient, and professional - Strong relationship builder and trusted adviser for people with disability and their families - Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable managing your workload from home - Knowledge of NDIS, keen to make a difference in participant outcomes **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** - NDIS Worker Screening Check - Working with Children Check - Current Australian Driver’s Licence - Full Australian working rights - Successful completion of the NDIS Orientation Module - Desirable: Post-secondary studies in business, health, or community services **APPLY NOW** *Kukoon is committed to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
