We are seeking an experienced administration professional to provide high level support to the Business Operations team. With the provision of timely and accurate payroll, accounts payable and HR administration activities.

**About you**
- You have advanced administration skills and are computer Savvy - Office 365 and finance software.
- You have an understanding of core functions of business and therefore be proactive. With the ability to see the ‘end goal’.
- You meet deadlines, can research and present info found on industry changes, business grants etc.
- Have an eye for detail, that makes you fast but accurate and a willingness to jump in and ‘get it done’
- You align with our company values and wish to be the best that you can be

**About the Role**

You will provide high level administrative assistance to the Business Operations Manager on a daily basis;
- Assist with Onboarding procedures and training schedules
- Follow, monitor, and maintain HR documentation and processes as per HR plan and as directed
- Responsible for all payroll functions
- Responsible for the accounts payables functions
- Applications for grants and rebates
- Provide accurate and timely reports in accordance with the company reporting rhythm

**Key Selection Criteria**
- 5 years’ experience in providing administration support (essential)
- Payroll and accounts experience (preferred not essential)
- Moderate understanding of Modern Awards (preferred not essential)
- Knowledge of the National Employment Standards and Fairwork ACT (preferred not essential)
