We are an energetic group of Change, Release and DR practitioners that work with delivery and operational teams with a focus on delivering software releases effectively and confirming DR position via test execution. We are looking for passionate individuals that can put their skills and experience to use and influence best practice, standards and procedures to deliver exceptional value to our members.
- Conduct risk and impact analysis of changes to RACQ controlled environments. Provide change approvals as per RACQ policy.
- Ensure new solutions are designed in line with best practice industry standards such that our customers are delivered the desired outcomes and that platforms are easily supported from an on-going operations perspective.
- Analyse, review and Assess release components. Create and maintain release deployment plans and associated documentation. Alert relevant stakeholders of any risks or issues that need to be addressed.
- Participation in the scheduling and coordinating the execution of DR / Technology BCP tests along with relevant Technology teams or vendors.
- Evaluate risks to integrity of services inherent in proposed implementations, seek authority for those activities, review the effectiveness of release implementation, and suggest improvement to organisational or change management procedures.

**About you**:

- Applicants with experience in Change Management, Release Management, Disaster Recovery (DR) or Service management are encouraged to apply
- Robust In-depth knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem, change and release processes highly desirable
- Strong problem solving, decision-making skills, research and analytical skill.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery Testing is not necessary but will be an advantage.
