**Your Week Might Include**:
- Delivering person-centered, evidence-informed behaviour support in homes, schools, and communities
- Conducting functional assessments and developing positive, practical support strategies
- Collaborating with families, educators, and support teams to create lasting outcomes
- Participating in team huddles, clinical supervision, sharing case studies, where you’re seen, heard, and supported
**You’ll THRIVE Here If You Bring**:
- NDIS endorsement at a Core Level or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Experience in behaviour support planning and functional behavioural assessments
- Confidence working independently, backed by a collaborative mindset
- A current driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC & Police Check
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
