**Key Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for but, not limited to:

- Assist with the Etax Trust Account management (processing tax refunds, creating journals, bank reconciliations, audit documentation)
- Communicating with relevant stakeholders (Clients, Bank, Australian Taxation Office)
- Payroll processing, including collecting and entering data and resolving discrepancies
- Accounts Receivable functions, including verifying and posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies
- Accounts Payable functions, including payments to contractors and suppliers
- Processing and reconciling transactions for all subsidiary entities
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Digital record keeping & maintaining of all Accounts & Payroll responsibilities
- Assisting other finance team staff with adhoc administration finance duties as required

- Demonstrated competence in accounting & payroll software
- Possess relevant qualifications in either Accounting or Finance
