**The opportunity**:
Labourpower are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Key Account Manager to join our team in Upper Mount Gravatt, 4122. We need someone to service our clients all over Brisbane, from the North to the South, so it’s a great opportunity for a Key Account Manager who may not live close to our office, but is located close to our clients.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Conduct site visits as required
- Empower a safe workforce
- Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities
- Conduct risk assessments for client sites and new clients using LP’s risk assessment procedure
- Conduct monthly job observations and toolbox talks for all designated clients
**The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for**:
- Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment
- A proactive and energetic approach to your work
- Exceptional time management
- An understanding and appreciation of compliance
- Excellent customer service
- A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
- Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience in managing a team and providing feedback and at times performance managing staff
- Car and license
