**About the Role**

Reporting to Business Operations Manager, you will be assisting and supporting your manager and the wider team with a diverse range of administrative duties and processes. The main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
**Administrative Duties**:

- Be our first point of contact to all visitors to the office.
- Assist with day-to-day office running.
- Organise product sample mailing requests from business units from office stock.
- Organise daily mail-in and mail-out.
- Organise staff events/functions and other activities.
- Facilitate maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Assist Sales administrative duties when required.
- Assist in customer enquiry and communication.
- Organise travel arrangements for team members when required.

**HR Duties**:

- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and inventory.

**About you**

Ideally you will have:

- At least 1 year experience in Administration/HR administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - essential.
- Mandarin Speaking is preferred.
- A real People person; must have a positive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to set priorities, be well organised, self-motivated, detail oriented.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office suite.
- Full driver license is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
