Job Title: Junior Office Assistant at EN-LINC

EN-LINC, a leading Telecommunications company and is seeking a full-time Junior Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with managing and organizing office documents, records, and files in both physical and digital formats.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Contribute to the improvement of office processes and procedures, suggesting innovative ideas and creative solutions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls professionally, directing calls to the appropriate person and delivering clear and concise messages.

Qualifications:

- No experience required full training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Salary**: $42,665.10 - $66,259.81 per year
