**Your Role**

The Marketing Coordinator will drive our marketing direction, working directly with the current marketing coordinator, Senior Leadership Team and reporting to regional directors. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing content creation, overseeing digital media, and coordinating events. This role requires a dynamic, creative, organised individual with strong analytical skills who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media & Content Management**: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content while maintaining brand identity.
- **Brand & Visual Content Management**: Develop and maintain marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and high-quality visual presentations.
- **Business & Awards Development**: Support the creation of proposals and presentations, and oversee the submission process for industry awards.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and build valuable relationships.

**What you will bring to the team**
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (Industry experience also accepted).

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the architectural and design industry.
- Experience in B2B marketing is highly regarded.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Proficient with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
