**Job Title: Marketing Coordinator**

**About the Role**

This role works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Marketing Manager to ensure the effective development and implementation of BWH Hotel Group Australasia’s sales and marketing plan to enhance brand awareness through department activities. The focus of this role is the digital marketing of the brand and its portfolio of hotels in ANZ, with key responsibilities of creative design, content management, social media and digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing engaging eDM campaigns ensuring compelling design and optimal performance
- Best Western Rewards (BWR) program execution including hotel incentive program, hotel & company level reporting and developing training webinars for hotels
- BWR Campaign management in line with key promotions and events
- Liaising with hotels to source content, offers and ideas for campaigns
- Plan and manage the design, content and production of marketing materials (inhouse and with agencies)
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Distribution partner extranet management
- Ongoing and ad hoc promotions by travel types, preferred brands etc.

**Social Media Marketing**
- Managing and growing BWH Hotel Group’s social media presence
- Copywriting for social media and understanding each brands tone of voice
- Working closely with hotel partners to optimise their social media presence
- Liaising with hotels to source content, offers and ideas for campaigns
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to assist with strategy development and monthly reporting

**Analysis and Reporting**
- Monitoring and reporting Acoustic eDM platform analytics and Medallia data to maximise effect of campaigns and promotions
- Analysing and tracking audience growth and engagement

**Essential Criteria**
- 2+ years demonstrated successful experience in digital marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Basic/intermediate HTML code and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in stakeholder management

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
