We are dedicated to honouring, celebrating, and memorialising loved ones with the highest level of care and respect. Forming part of the wider InvoCare brand, the Pet Cremations business is the leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint and rapidly expanding.

**The Role**:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to implement dynamic and effective marketing strategies that align with InvoCare's goals. This role is pivotal in driving our pet cremation brand's visibility and ensuring successful campaign delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing collateral, working with designers and media buyers.
- Oversee website updates and maintain up-to-date pricing lists for delegated brands.
- Lead the coordination of photoshoots and procurement of promotional materials.
- Process invoices, maintain financial records, and report on campaign performance metrics.Support the Head of Marketing and contribute to the overall marketing team’s culture of excellence.

**What You Bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Public Relations.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in consumer brand marketing, with a proven ability to manage campaigns on time and within budget.
- Strong skills in managing suppliers, internal stakeholders, and financial records.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.Desirable skills in advertising trafficking, graphic design, and copywriting.

**Location**:Currently, our office is based in **North Sydney **, but we are excited to be relocating to **Rhodes **in the near future. Please note, this role requires you to work **5 days a week in the office **, where you’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team environment.
