Working in the Financial Crime Operation (FCO) domain, this role will see you driving excellence in domain planning, financial management and reporting, capacity and resource management with agile ways of working. Your passion for continuous improvement and your ability to lead and manage the standards, processes and controls to reach the program goals will be key to your success. A natural leader you will collaborate closely with various internal teams and communicate and influence at all levels.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Supporting the coordination and facilitation of Domain governance forums
- Designing and implementing the process, controls and standards for Domain delivery
- Analysing, consulting and providing advice across all members of the Domain to ensure compliance and requirements
- Developing and managing an Orchestration Community of Practice to support operational delivery
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of Domain operations and processes
- Ensuring knowledge management by maintaining strong linkages to the central Domain community knowledge management environment

**We’d love to hear from you if you are/have**:

- Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies
- Expertise in Clarity and Rally
- Experience working in agile at scale environment
- Proven ability to coach and lead a successful team
- A strong practitioner with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Resilient and able to prioritise workloads under pressure and meet deadlines
- An innovative mindset, who knows how to find answers and work with ambiguity
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Ability to prioritise effectively considering customers, colleagues and the business

This role is integral to achieving a number of the key objectives within Financial Crime Operations.
