**We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and manage aspects of various company administration and travel.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Working with Project Managers, Industry Professionals, Agents and others to ensure that goals are met
- Liasing with the Lucky Group on systems that could be improved and ensuring they're implemented
- Overseeing artists performances and ensuring they're up to standard for our company
- Collecting and analysing data associated with artist tours this includes ticket sales, merch sales an dmore
- Process invoices and reconcile travel charges.
- Follow up on outstanding information and set times for upcoming shows.
- Maintain artist spreadsheets and organize Dropbox filing system.
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Travel Management**:

- Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation for artists and agents based on requests and approvals.
- Manage artist travel preferences and ensure other documentation are up-to-date. (Frequent Flyers, Addresses & more)
- Research best travel options, pricing, and policies.
- Allocate travel costs and handle show/travel changes, including re-routing flights and cancellations.
- Cross-check all runsheets and itineraries for accuracy.
- Monitor flight schedule changes and ensure transfers are adjusted accordingly.
- Assist artists with travel questions while on tour.
- Create full tour schedules when required.
- Enter travel bookings into ABOSS promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Knowledge of the live music industry is a plus

**Package**:
$75,000 Salary + Superannuation

Pay: $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne, VIC 3000
