Rosa Bus Trip Co-Ordinator

Sisterhood Women's Travel — Melbourne, VIC

Part-Time (approx. 3 days per week in-office)

$35 – $40 per hour + super (depending on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and organised Rosa Bus Trip Co-Ordinator to help plan, design, and deliver memorable day trips and mini-breaks across Victoria.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who loves detail, logistics, and people — and isn't afraid to jump on board with Rosa herself now and then

Your responsibilities include:

  • Crafting and costing itineraries for Rosa II trips and short getaways
  • Liaising with suppliers, venues, and attractions to curate unique experiences
  • Coordinating bookings, traveller lists, and trip documentation - max 10 travellers
  • Assisting in marketing and promotional ideas for upcoming Rosa adventures
  • (Optional) Hosting or driving Rosa mini-tours when required — full training provided

About You

You're experienced in travel, tourism, or events coordination — but more than that, you have passion, initiative, and a flair for creating unforgettable journeys.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in itinerary planning or tour operations
  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in tourism or events planning, including roles such as event coordinator, travel agent, or tour operator
  • Thrives in a small-team environment where ideas matter
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enjoys being part of a supportive, women-focused workplace
  • Has Australian work rights and is eligible to work in Australia
