A rare opportunity is available for an experienced **program leader **to work very closely across a range of stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation and achievement of outcomes.

**The role**:
Responsible for overseeing the development of the various phases of the initiative and associated business cases; ensuring that milestones are delivered on time; ensuring that there is strong communication, collaboration and mutual support between project teams.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Strategic relationships are developed and maintained with external and internal parties.
- Lead the project team effectively through the establishment of a positive and collaborative culture.
- Develop relationships with key government, NGO and community stakeholders and collaborative to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for the project.

**To be considered, you will ideally bring**:
Qualifications in Project or Program Management, Public Administration, Natural Resource Management, Engineering, Environmental, or a relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
- Skills to communicate delicate issues in a way that the language, tone and format suit the target audience and engage them in the communication.
- Ability to turn high level strategies into plans that can be implemented.
- Capability to Coordinate and plan in a collaborative way to achieve effective outcomes.
- Confident enough to manage the pressures associated with meeting multiple deadlines.
