About the role

Better Care Delivered (BCD) continues to implement its strategic plan for growth of our quality disability and aged care services. The BCD Board seeks non-executive directors who can demonstrate specific skills and experience in one or more of the following criteria:

- Lived experience of Disability or Aged Care services
- Clinical Care - such as Registered Nurse or Practitioner
- Allied Health qualifications and min 5 years practical experience
- Human Resources qualifications and min 5 years executive level experience
- A Chartered Accountant
- A Lawyer with experience in NFPs/Community or similar
- Previous Board experience and completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course is highly regarded.

BCD would like to appoint two (2) additional non-executive directors with demonstrated ability to participate in the growth and strategic direction of a for purpose organisation.

This role is as a volunteer, and you would be supported by an enthusiastic collegiate, who meet bi-monthly via video for Board meetings, and face to face twice annually for strategic days.
