**Job Description**:
We are looking to appoint an Executive into our sales team in Melbourne with a strong focus on premium agribusiness assets.

Reporting to the National Director of Agribusiness | Transaction Services, the appointed Executive will assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns for a range of agricultural operations, including grains, sheep/wool, wine/vineyards, permanent plantings and seasonal horticulture, beef and intensive livestock assets.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns for the asset
- Preparing client reports on campaigns and attending client meetings
- Preparing marketing submissions while ensuring brand compliance
- Working closely with the National Director and Agribusiness team to deliver successful sale strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and maintaining high presence in the marketplace
- Contribute to the Agribusiness database to increase our brand awareness nationally

**Qualifications**:
**In order to be considered, you will demonstrate**:

- Previous sales experience in rural property sales or advisory, however related sales experience in dealing with rural clients from a banking or agribusiness operational background will also be considered
- Current WA real estate license preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to write sales and marketing strategies and client reports
- A property or agricultural science related degree would be highly advantageous
