**You’ll contribute to**:
- Ensuring internal policies, procedures and guidelines are current, accurately documented, and regularly reviewed and updated
- Leading and coaching a team of Technical Advisors to enhance claims performance
- Identifying trends of technical capability and gaps and develop strategies to address these
- Developing and monitoring claims performance in accordance with the framework
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide valuable insights and advice to drive outcomes
**A bit about you**
- Minimum 5 years of workers' compensation experience
- Tertiary qualification in Legal or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership to a front-line team
- Strong understanding of statutory and common law claims management functions
