Our people and our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As the

- Providing technical advice in personal injury and property liability claims with some exposure to financial line claims. Additional opportunities for development in other product lines may be available in the future.
- Identifying opportunities and supporting the team leader to exceed service level expectations, key performance indicators and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting the Team Leader with managing workflow and resources.

- Provide specialist advice on complex claims, leveraging analysis and experience for sound decision-making, and act as a subject matter expert for the team.
The role will focus on managing a portfolio of personal injury and property liability claims throughout most jurisdictions in Australia for corporate clients and insurers. You will work collaboratively with our claims team to provide technical advice and support to our clients on claims within delegated authorities. In doing so you will be supporting not only the effective and efficient resolution of individual claim outcomes but developing your own competencies within certain industries and jurisdictions and supporting our clients to better understand their claim risks. This may involve attending client meetings to discuss claim strategies, risks and outcomes. Opportunities exist to cross-skill in other insurance product lines.
Please note that we are open to applicants who reside outside of the advertised location/s.
