**You’ll contribute to**:

- Reviewing and approving Reasons for Decision (for delays, acceptances, rejections and upgrades), identifying trends
- Supporting leaders to resolve customer escalations, assess and uplift the capability of new team members through coaching and feedback
- Operating autonomously and mentoring Claim Representatives to meet performance targets and resolve escalations

**A bit about you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in legal, allied health, insurance, or a related field (highly regarded); industry-specific certification in Personal Injury Management is desirable.
- Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to interpret legislation, evidence, and customer information to recommend and implement effective outcomes efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to address difficult liability issues professionally, build and maintain relationships across stakeholders and influence best practices.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise workload, manage time effectively and operate independently in ambiguous environment.
