**What this opportunity involves**:
We seek an experienced Building Manager to join our high-performing RESIpm Team. Based at Haymarket, you will manage a portfolio of high-end residential space.

You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including Committee and Tenants, to ensure the assets are managed and maintained to an exceptional standard.

**Essential duties and responsibilities include**:
Consultative partnering with committee members to ensure building activity is communicated. Partaking in monthly or weekly building committee meetings, including compiling and presenting detailed reports and maintaining administrative recordkeeping.
Managing scheduled statutory certification and inspections of the common properties.
Experience in defect management, coordinating contractors, managing warranties, and planning activities according to the project plan.

An understanding of building construction trades and services. Maintenance and preventative maintenance, and tender service contracts.
Leadership Acumen with an exceptional personal presentation, astute perception of client's needs, and the emotional maturity to effectively manage diverse personalities.
Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology.
Building management, property management, or facilities management experience.
