Novo Shoes **MARKET CITY** is looking for a **FULL TIME Store Manager **38hrs p/w on a Tuesday
- Saturday roster.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you will:

- Supervise the daily operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members at all times.
- Provide staff training and guidance by developing strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager in achieving organisational and store goals.
- Uphold all visual merchandise prospects of the store, to ensure customer satisfaction.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Shoe obsessed
- Previous retail management/supervisor experience is **ESSENTIAL**:

- Ability to work with your regional manager to achieve organisational and store goals
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets.
- Proven track record in working with KPI's
- You have a sound background in retail and have a proven track record of developing your team's skills set.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and customers
- Proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
