**The Opportunity**

The Service Coordinator role is focused on assisting the Service team and developing relationships with our Service Technicians.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Invoicing out to contractors
- Following up on customer payments and liaising with our clients as required
- Being in charge of service appointment bookings
- Arranging communication with builders and customers
- Liaising with other departments for customer outcomes.

You will be provided with a formal and structured training program covering the breadth of the technical product, process, system and interaction skills you will need to deploy in the field. Our comprehensive training program will see you launch with product knowledge, exposure to a developing CRM for complete end to end consumer and customer interaction.

**What you will bring and develop**

You would describe yourself as a “consumer advocate” but likely have a background in customer service. You are looking for a role that will give you great exposure across a business and you would like to be surrounded by a great team that are committed to your success and development. Ideally you will bring the following experience and attributes:

- Be exceptionally motivated to achieve group outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer/consumer service
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Build rapport quickly and effectively
- Have impeccable attention to detail and be able to multi task
- Possess intermediate skills within the MS Office Suite (notably MS Teams).
