**The Role**

No day is ever the same, so the ideal applicant will be confident in a dynamic environment - we need someone who understands how to provide high level admin support, but also how to get creative to make things happen.

In a nutshell, this role is responsible for:

- HR administration duties to support the daily operations of the HR team
- Administrative assistance across cyclical HR processes such as, employee celebrations, performance reviews and engagement surveys
- Processing payroll
- Supporting the recruitment process, including posting ads, phone screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintaining employee records and administration of HR systems General admin support for People & Engagement Manager as required

Our perfect fit is a go-getting administration extraordinaire. We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar support role. You’ll be cool and collected, bringing your solid admin experience to a super-fast paced environment.

**Essential Selection criteria**
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proactive and motivated with a can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Excellent computer literacy and experience with cloud based platforms such as Asana
