This isn't just another admin role. You'll become the right hand to our Director/GM, helping keep projects moving, clients happy, and the whole team running smoothly. If you love being the person who "makes it all happen" - this is for you.

The Role

You'll be our organisational powerhouse - balancing calendars, keeping on top of emails, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. One day you might be coordinating meetings and travel, the next polishing a client document or setting up a new system.

You'll thrive if you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being at the centre of the action.

Key Responsibilities

Master the diaries - manage calendars, appointments, and travel

Keep communication flowing - handle calls and emails professionally

Prepare polished documents, reports, and correspondence

Stay on top of filing, data entry, and record-keeping

Coordinate meetings - from agendas to minutes

Be the go-to for general admin support across the team

Build great relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

You're someone who takes pride in being reliable, proactive, and organised. You don't wait for instructions - you spot what needs doing and make it happen.

We'd love you to bring:

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Confidence with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Clear and professional communication (both written and verbal)

Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information

[Optional] Previous experience in admin, PA, or office management
