- Run rigorous, data-backed experiments to continuously improve conversion rates, funnel efficiency, customer onboarding, and retention.
- Establish, implement, and scale growth systems to drive sustainable customer acquisition and increase customer lifetime value e.g. referral programs, loyalty, rewards, and cross-sell.

**API & Integration Management**
- Oversee the development and enhancement of Wisr’s API integrations, driving seamless partner experiences and improving platform reach.
- Work directly with third-party partners, affiliates, and brokers to maximise acquisition and conversion performance.

**Collaboration & Leadership**
- Closely collaborate with Marketing, Design, Data, Operations and Engineering teams, leveraging combined capabilities to execute impactful growth tactics.

- Use experimentation frameworks (A/B/N testing) to inform growth strategies and product enhancements.

**What you’ll bring**
- 7+ years of growth or product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically leading growth initiatives within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech companies.
- Proven expertise in customer acquisition, funnel optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and increasing LTV through data-driven experimentation.
- Hands-on experience integrating products with external APIs, partners, and third-party platforms.
- High level of proficiency with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel), experimentation methodologies, SQL querying, and quantitative analysis.
