It is our ambition to make digital worlds real; we have incredible global growth plans as we strive to become the number one ecosystem for NFTs.
Come and join us as we pioneer in this space
**About The Role**
Immutable is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our highly innovative web3 gaming wallet called Passport. Passport is core to the Immutable business strategy, being the central place that gamers can safely store their game assets across all games in the Immutable ecosystem.
Reporting into the VP of Product, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for Passport. You will use your strong customer discovery skills to uncover key insights and use those to motivate the engineering and design teams to create the world’s best gaming wallet.
We are seeking a versatile product manager who can not only lead Passport’s gamer facing experience, but also its game developer facing experience. Game studios integrate Passport into their games and so it is important that Passport is easy to integrate and maintain from an engineering point of view for a typical game studio. To this end, we are seeking a product manager with a strong technical background.
This is a rare opportunity to own a consumer facing product targeting a global market of users in a high growth, greenfield industry
**You’ll Be Empowered To**:
- Own the overall strategy & vision of Passport, including how we position and brand ourselves in the market, and how we develop a secure and seamless wallet and identity experience that enhances the gaming experience
- Drive strong strategic alignment around the Passport product within the company
- Utilise your technical knowledge to help us create an amazing developer experience for Passport which game developers around the world will love
- Continuously keep up to date with industry trends and gaming studio needs to make smart strategic decisions
**We'd Love You To Bring**:
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and designers to deliver world class products
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across the business
- Ability to generate alignment amongst stakeholders, as well as clearly and concisely communicate the team’s mission and vision to senior leadership
- Experience working in a highly technical environment. Ability to rapidly master technical concepts, and work with engineers to identify the right path forward when encountering technical barriers
- Ability to navigate complex trade-off and prioritisation decisions
- A technical and/or tertiary background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience in scale-ups or larger technology companies
- A demonstrated involvement in the blockchain industry or personal interest in crypto/NFTs
**A bit about the team**:
This role will be part of the Immutable X platform team. At Immutable, you'll be able to build next-generation infrastructure for NFTs on Ethereum and get deep access to the most exciting projects, technology and opportunities in the space. If you want to make it easier to build high-quality, scalable Ethereum NFT projects, working in the product team at Immutable is the best way to have a huge impact
