At Domain, we’re passionate about leveraging technology to enhance our customers’ experience. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy of our Salesforce products, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional value throughout our customer lifecycle.

As the Principal Product Manager, you will define and translate our product vision into actionable roadmaps for three Salesforce-focused squads. You will oversee complex products, ensuring their performance aligns with key metrics and business objectives. Our current suite includes Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industries Cloud (Media Cloud).

**Who are you?**
- Develop and execute the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Domain’s business goals.
- Prepare detailed high-level product roadmaps and action plans that direct the efforts of cross-functional teams (technology, design, marketing, etc.).
- Proactively monitor market dynamics and customer trends to inform the evolution of the product roadmap and prioritise features and requirements.
- Engage continuously with internal and external customers to understand their key problems, journeys, and opportunities for value creation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, communicating the product vision and guiding technical feasibility to turn concepts into reality.

**You have**
- Experience as a Product Manager within a Salesforce-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- A proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
