Victoria's highest Court is seeking a motivated individual to join the Court of Appeal Registry as a Registry Administration Officer.
The Registry Administration Officer (Court of Appeal) primarily supports the Judicial Registrar, Deputy Registrar (Administration) and the Senior Registry Officers in maintaining the day to day operations of the Court of Appeal.

**Duties include**:

- Perform a range of legal, administrative and quasi-judicial functions under limited supervision and contribute to the day to day operations of the Court of Appeal registry.
- Assist the Court of Appeal registry team with case management tasks such as the filing and collection of court documents,preparation of appeal books, listing and processing orders.
- Accurately update the Court's case management systems including spreadsheets, databases and manual filing systems.
- Provide guidance to a wide range of court users about operations, policies, procedures, rules and legislation relevant to the Court of Appeal via telephone, in person at the counter or in writing.
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Court of Appeal Registry by assisting in the development and implementation of new practices and procedures.
