As an Investigations Specialist, you will develop and execute the operational strategy for complex investigation and response activity utilising intelligence outputs to support decision making, whilst being the single point of escalation for technical investigation advice. This role would suit someone who has been exposed to dealing with previous high risk Insurance fraud cases and is comfortable leading thorough and timely technical investigations.

This role is crucial in the fight against financial crime by disrupting criminal activities and providing insights to the business to mitigate and drive prevention of future fraud incidents.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 years+ experience in managing fraud investigations, preferably in claims, dispute resolution, litigation and/or workplace investigations
- Ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- High level written and oral communication
- High level resilience and time management skills
- Practical knowledge of relevant laws, legislations and codes
