**Position Overview**:
As a Bookkeeper in our Bookkeeping Services division, you will play a pivotal role within our boutique practice, providing essential financial support to a diverse range of clients. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accurate Financial Recordkeeping:
Perform day to day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts to maintain the integrity of financial data.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Assist in preparing financial reports in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

3. Client Interaction and Support:
Communicate directly with clients to gather financial information, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Foster positive client relationships by delivering accurate and timely financial data.

4. Software Proficiency:
Utilize various bookkeeping software to perform data entry, reconciliation, and reporting tasks.

5. Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest Australian bookkeeping standards, regulations, and industry trends.
Pursue continuous learning opportunities to further enhance your bookkeeping skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a public accounting or boutique bookkeeping firm.
- Familiarity with Australian bookkeeping software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
