**About the Role**

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from organised, passionate and proactive Attendance and Reception Assistants. The role is the first point of contact for the Senior School, and supports our learning environment by monitoring student attendance, producing absence reports for senior leaders, and liaising with teachers/parents/carers to verify student absences.

This role also involves welcoming School community members and guests; the support and hospitality of the Senior School Reception; delivering a friendly, efficient, confidential and professional service always, both in person and on the telephone.

**About You**

You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:

- Ability to work autonomously and act independently, if required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of people in a friendly and courteous manner
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience or aptitude to work with databases and learning management systems
- Personable and approachable nature and the ability to relate to all people across the organisation
- Pleasant and positive disposition
