**Profile**:Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert advice on products, services, and solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings and address client needs.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 4 years (preferred)
- Sales: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
