Are you a creative and results-driven marketer ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team SEQ Truck and Trailer Repairs and help us tell our story. Based at our workshop in Redland Bay, QLD 4165, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our audience across multiple channels.

What You'll Do:

- Run Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Analyse Performance: Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Manage Social Media: Oversee our social media presence, engaging with our community and building brand loyalty.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop new and existing markets, and advise on the development and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting our services and parts.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Skills: Proven expertise in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
- Analytical Mindset: You're comfortable with data and can use it to make informed marketing decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: A passion for creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
