The Role

We are seeking a Field Solutions Marketing Specialist to join our team in support of our Life Sciences business unit. The ideal candidate will be based in Billerica, MA. This role involves becoming a field marketing expert, supporting our growing business by understanding customer needs and evangelizing our product line.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  1. Develop and Promote Content and Activities to Drive Product Consideration
  • Tell compelling solutions stories that engage our sales force, attract new customers, and generate demand through diversified strategies.
  • Support priority initiatives with sales/marketing tools, including web content, thought leadership, product materials, advertising, and events.
  • Ensure successful product launches with internal and external content, activities, and promotions.
Build Awareness with Target Decision Makers & Influencers
  • Develop value-based messaging and establish industry leadership via blogs, publications, conferences, and social media.
  • Create diversified content around industry best practices and education using Entegris thought leadership.
Advance Target Personas to Purchase Decisions
  • Create a Buyer's Journey to align content development with the sales funnel.
  • Measure marketing activities and content effectiveness to optimize future campaigns.
WHAT WE SEEK:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as life sciences, biology, chemistry, or engineering.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or both.
  • Experience in life sciences, especially Pharma/BioPharma, is a plus.
  • Experience with digital and social media marketing and analytics.
  • Experience planning and managing trade show participation is highly preferred.
  • Creative and innovative marketing skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and decision-making skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Understanding of Pharma/BioPharma markets and effective communication channels.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and collaborative mindset.
