To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Relevant Lean / Six Sigma qualifications
- Experience in driving Continuous Improvement capabilities within Operational teams
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
- Proven history in CI project delivery experience delivering bottom line, customer and staff benefits
- Experience in end to end process mapping and analysis
- Ability to influence individuals and build/maintain effective relationships and collaborate for the right outcome
- Able to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes
