**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The main objective of this exciting role is to development and management of the HV Field Service business unit with a strong focus on team building the leads to the provision of excellent customer service and satisfaction.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Develop a committed team of people through ongoing recruitment, development of existing employees and training to accomplish the objectives of the business.
- Monitor cash flow by the use of internal control measures to maintain agreed inventory and debtor levels.
- Improve the profitability of the operation by increasing production efficiency and marker price positioning
- Utilise production planning tools and execution process to ensure orders are delivered and invoiced to the agreed schedule.
- Work in conjunction with Service Workshop where required to ensure labour, jobs and knowledge sharing is established to maximise labour effectiveness

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

Your strong electrical skills and ability to seek ways of adding value to our services will be complemented with the following:

- Previous experience managing a group of people
- Demonstrated experience in resolving problems - technical and people management issues
- Experience working within manufacturing environment
- A current driver’s license (Manual)
- Strong negotiation skills
