**The Opportunity**

This is a permanent full-time role to join our team based in** Welshpool, WA**.

**Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Lead a team of field workers throughout WA and Schedulers.
- Commit to enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs within the BV FST community.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction levels, ensuring our services consistently surpass expectations.
- People management and driving a team to perform and that commercial side
- Exposure in a larger operations management role, understanding a mix of operations and commercial aspects
- Skilled in people management and driving team performance, with a focus on the commercial side
- Proficient in efficiency and field service guidance and knowledge in P&L management and cost savings

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Leading a team across broad geographic area and delivering results
- Experience in an operational environment
- Demonstrated strong technical aptitude
- Experience and knowledge working with strong HSE requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools and experience with other data bases
- Desire to lead change & be a continuous improvement champion
- Experience with working with large mining companies
