The Role
- Work closely with Property Managers and Team Leader to assist with all Property Management functions;
- Cover for Property Manager & Property Management Associate during absences;
- Liaise with owners and tenants;
- Conduct Open for Inspections;
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections;
- Undertake monthly building walk for each managed building and meter reading;
