As Charter Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating charter flights, ensuring a seamless and reliable service for our clients. Whilst there are no formal qualifications required, this role lends itself to someone with previous aviation knowledge, who is results driven, motivated, an analytical thinker and who possesses a high level of personal and written communication.

Your role is as diverse as you are adventurous. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, ensuring a customised and premium air charter experience. You will proactively identify and mitigate potential operational challenges to ensure the success of each charter. Your operational oversight from start to finish will ensure efficiency on time and within budget of your clients’ brief. Your exceptional customer service centric flair will be engaging and adaptable. You’re outgoing personality and results driven work ethic will be continually seeking out new business opportunities.

Some of the core defined elements of the role include:
Ø Complete management and oversight of your Charter - end to end service.

Ø Relationship building with Clients, Operators and invested stakeholders.

Ø Contract Negotiation, preparation, and execution.

Ø Coordination of all operational logistics and ancillary requirements.

Ø Ability to hold an ASIC.

Ø Undertake relevant work-related courses.

Ø From time to time, there may be a requirement to travel both Domestically and Internationally.

The team is small, yet dynamic and you will be fully supported and valued within the company. There will be a requirement to be on-call on a regular basis (we are operational 24/7, 365 days a year). On offer is a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
