**Your new role**
The Workforce Real Time Manager will be playing a critical role in driving efficient work practices within a live operational environment, ensuring that defined service level agreements and key performance metrics are met. These duties will include monitoring call volumes in real time across multiple queues, ensuring the achievement of daily service metrics and targets, identifying training gaps, reporting of trends along with general leadership tasks such as managing escalated queries, coaching of staff and prioritising work.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- The ability to work within a busy call centre environment with multiple competing priorities.
- operations and project management expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- The ability to engage with staff including via remote methods
- Australian Citizenship is a requirement of this role
- A current National police clearance issued within the last 6 months
- The ability to maintain a baseline clearance while in the role
