**Employment type**

**Professionals required.**
- Clinical Psychologists
- General Psychologists
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Pathologists

**Essential criteria**
- **Occupational Therapist**: Current registration and approved by AHPRA.
- **Psychologist**: Current registration and approved by AHPRA
- **Speech Pathologist**: Current registration and has a Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia
- First Aid certificate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing therapy in-clinic, in the community or via Telehealth
- Providing treatment or support to a range of patients in the community or from NDIS and Aged Care patients using your professional skills and training
- Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and duty of care towards the patient at all times
- Assisting the patient to achieve their goals, objectives and independence through your assessments, treatments and management of the patient’s treatment plan.
- Liaising with and maintaining open communication with AHC’s operations manager to ensure that Allied Health Centre provides the best care and services to all our patients.
- Keeping regular detail and accurate patient records on the Cliniko software, provided by the clinic, at the end of each day.

- Maintain professionalism by following the professional code of conduct for all health professionals, such as having boundaries and not socialising with clients outside of work and our programs and services.
- Has a can-do attitude and is a team player who is open and honest to feedback and continuous growth and improvement.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe, healthy environment for everyone. Report any concerns, hazards, incidences, changes, and work health and safety issues immediately to the office administrator or operations manager.
- Collaborate with the team to work together in a friendly, efficient and effective manner to produce the best outcome for our patients and staff.
- Be flexible and adaptable to unexpected changes in any organisation with open communication.
- Provide feedback to the company for any areas where you may find opportunities for improvement.
