Sydney, NSW, AU, 2009**The Project**:
John Holland, CPB Contractors and Ghella Joint Venture (JCG) has commenced design and construction work for the Sydney Metro West - Eastern Tunnelling Package (ETP).

ETP includes the construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour between The Bays and the Sydney CBD, and the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations. This is the final piece in the puzzle to deliver the city-shaping Sydney Metro West project.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Traffic Manager to join our project Eastern Tunnelling Package. **You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Traffic Management and Safety Plan (TMSP) as well as maintaining productive and professional traffic management requirements to ensure the overall success of the Project.
- Management and implementation of the traffic plan program
- Preparation, submission, and audit of Traffic Management and Safety Plans to the client.
- Leadership of the Traffic team.
- Communication and interface with key project stakeholders and subcontractors
- Weekly reporting.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, working on major project, including extensive traffic management/traffic engineering experience.
- Recent experience in the preparation and implementation of construction traffics management plans and traffic control plans.
- Experience in regulatory liaison and consultation.
- Advanced financial and commercial management including cost reduction and meeting budgets.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management.
