This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Sydney.

The Program Scheduler will be responsible for planning, execution and communication of the FTA channel program schedules, and associated responsibilities focusing on 10 Peach. They will provide support for other channels in the Paramount portfolio as required.

**Functions will also include**:
Planning and scheduling of the 10 Peach schedule including program planning in excel, program scheduling into IBMS, schedule checks, schedule amendments, guide releases and library management
Reporting including ratings and ACMA
Communicating the schedule with the relevant internal and external stakeholders including publicity, marketing, social, program scheduling, sales, traffic, content operations. classification, sport, material deliveries, compiling, regional affiliates and brand funded partners.

Fantastic attention to detail; detail orientated, well organised
Able to meet deadlines in a pressured environment; capable of managing last minute changes under time pressure
Experience in scheduling, programming operations or another related role in a broadcast environment preferred
Experience with IBMS or another program scheduling system an advantage
Good self-management, able to work independently as part of a team, willing to jump in and assist other team members as required
Generally interested in broadcast media, watches and enjoys TV in general
