YMCA Queensland is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager - Property to join our administration office in Fortitude Valley on a permanent, full-time basis.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Assist the Executive Lead - Property in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Support lease management activities such as lease negotiations, renewals and compliance monitoring.
- Help coordinate construction and development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the property department, including documentation management and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient property operations and resolve issues as they arise.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making related to property investments, acquisitions and dispositions.
- Assist the YMCA Maintenance Crew with logging requests and scheduling jobs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
