Oak Leaf Education Institute, a premier vocational education and training provider, is renowned for its nationally recognised qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Student Recruitment Officer.

**Role Overview**:
The Student Recruitment Officer will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our agency network in the international student market. This role encompasses a wide range of sales and marketing functions. The primary objective is to enhance student recruitment, brand awareness, and account management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruit international students both onshore and offshore.
- Develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Analyse sales, market trends, and business development opportunities.
- Contribute to the RTO's Marketing Plan.
- Design and maintain a robust social media presence.
- Create offline marketing materials.
- Research and develop marketing campaigns based on consumer behaviour and industry standards.
- Identify and engage with education and migration agencies, fostering partnerships.
- Regularly report marketing activities to Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Ensure all marketing responsibilities are executed within budget and on time.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Oak Leaf policies and procedures in line with compliance requirements.
- Drive recruitment, admission, and support for international students.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with RTO and CRICOS/ESOS regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of the International Student market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective problem-solving skills.

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
